I needed a sworn translation of my Apostilled FBI background check for a Spanish visa. Dan gave me a quick and reasonable quote and had the translation back to me in less than a day. I was a little worried about scams for this service, but talking to Dan on the phone made me realize I was in good hands. Stellar customer service. I needed a Portuguese translation of an Apostilled FBI Background Check. Dan and his team responded immediately to confirm the order and then expeditiously emailed the translation the same day. Dan was very caring and swift in providing translations that I needed for my visa application to study abroad in Spain. With visa applications being a stressful process on their own, I’m very glad I saved myself the extra stress of getting my translations through another (more likely less personable and helpful) company or organization and went with this one.

Stop shopping around. I sent at least five requests for quotes (RFQs as we call them at my office), and Southeast Spanish had by far the best turn around time and rates. None of the other quotes were less than $100. SE Spanish got it done with FedEx overnight for less than $100 and the translation was flawless. Very impressed. [Indianapolis, Indiana]

Fast translation to Spanish, only 4 hours. Used the printed version at the consulate of Spain in Boston and it was accepted. Their rules state that the original signed and notarized version must be submitted, but I tried and it was fine. I have my visa for Spain in hand! [Worcester, Massachusetts]

Didn’t know I needed to translate my FBI Criminal History report for my appointment at the Consulate (Spain) in Miami, and Dan was able to complete the entire process and send the documents directly to the consulate, which was really helpful since I had already had my visa appointment. Amazing! I had only the FBI fingerprint record and Dan informed me that I also needed to get the background check authenticated (apostilled) by the secretary of state, that is, the Federal Government. I checked all of the requirements for my visa, and he was right! I got it done, thanks to Dan’s help, and then he was able to translate, certify and notarize everything in a few hours. From there, he FedEx’d the completed translations directly to my hotel in Hinsdale, Illinois near the consulate. No other agency knew what they were talking about, and Dan knew everything! I found out that I had to translate my FBI background check and apostille for my application to study abroad in Spain, and my appointment at the consulate in Houston was only a few days away. Southeast Spanish was able to translate, notarize, certify and FedEx the documents to me, and I now have my Spanish Visa in hand!
