(It is a Mexican birth certificate.) I searched and found Southeast Spanish, and they made it really simple. I just texted a picture of the BC to Dan, he sent an invoice from PayPal, and two hours later he emailed the eCopy of the translation and certification letter. Also, he sent the hard copies in the mail, which arrived in just two days. Thanks! This was really, really easy!
