We are able to process apostilles for FBI background checks directly from the Federal Authentications Office and state-level apostilles from all fifty states. We never charge extra or hidden fees, we provide simple pricing, and our service is always at least one week to ten days faster than all other US-based apostille services, guaranteed.

NOTE: You must send your document to us. Simply email or upload the official electronic, PDF version, that is, the document issued by the FBI. State documents, such as birth certificates and marriage certificates must be sent by mail or express carrier to our office.

APOSTILLE PROCESSING TIME: Although the Federal Authentication Office’s website states that turnaround time is only a few weeks, it may take as long as three to four weeks and expediting the process is not possible. State Apostilles take two to four weeks on average, depending on the state.

SUBMISSION: You will need to send your documents o us in one of two ways:

1. EMAIL/UPLOAD: If you selected the electronic, email option from the FBI, simply email or upload (at checkout) the official PDF version to us. This file must be the PDF file issued by the FBI or a channeler, not a scanned version of the mailed, paper copy.
2. MAIL/FEDEX/DHL: If you selected the paper version from the FBI or have a state-level document, you will need to mail/ship your document to us.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are able to ship to any country globally via FedEx or DHL. At checkout, please select $55 for international shipping, which is a deposit only; rates will be calculated and confirmed before your apostille arrives to our office. 75% of our international shipments are $50. Only select, remote locations are more than $50.
