Absolutely. Our quality and reputation is our guarantee, and we will always put our full guarantee in writing. First, if your translation has a typographical error or omission, we will adjust and resend a new version in a matter of hours. If your translation is not accepted, we will adjust it as needed or provide a full refund. We receive calls all the time from customers who have used some of the major, national translation agencies who have no refund policies, and in most cases, their printed versions are not signed and stamped, and thus, not accepted. We will do whatever it takes to get your document approved. For example, we have rushed to the local FedEx office many times just before the cutoff in order to get a document delivered the next morning. Customers call us frequently with urgent projects as it is well known that we are able to adjust our schedule in order to expedite urgent projects. Since 2007, we have only had to provide a few refunds, and we are always evaluating our process in order to provide the best service possible.
